Gutentag to all! (First week in the MTC)

Gutentag to all!
I made it! It has been a pretty crazy couple days! As you  can tell my P day is on Fridays! And yes mom I did get your Dear Elder! So I will start out from the beginning, but its too much to tell everything so I will just give it briefly.
So on the flight I was right next to Sister Jarman. She is awesome! She is basically my big sister here, and we see each other every now and then. And right in front of us on the plane was Elder Bensen! The one from Gilbert who is going to my mission! He played lax for Gilbert High so he knows the Palmers as well! So pretty boring flight, and then I landed, got picked up, then on the way! So when I got picked up at the curb it was awesome! I am SOOOO glad we didn't drive up. It would have been ten times as hard for sure. But I got picked up and my host Elder started taking me around. Right before I went into one of the buildings I saw Elder Huntter Jones with 2 T's! He is going to Cambodia, and we were pretty good friends in HS. So it was just a whirling dirvish of activities until I made it to my classroom. We got my books, I dropped off my suitcases, and headed off to class! It was just a blur of walking all around. And btw I am staying at Wyview. The main campus is obviously inferior to us, and our food and rooms are better apparently. All of our classes are at Raintree.
So we got to our classroom, which is our District. My District has 4 Elders and 4 Sisters. 6 of us are going to MN, and 2 are going to OKC (Sherod's mission). The 2 Elders going to OKC are in my apartment, and they are awesome! One of them is Elder Debenham from Draper Utah, whos dad apparently started the X Games, and he was an ESPN anchor! He went To Alta high school, and him and Mitch were friends because that's where Mitch went before QC! His companion is Elder Olsen, and he is from Glendale! He went to Deer Valley! I told him where Denae and Danny used to live and he said that was his ward, but he didn't know them... My companion is Elder Kelsch! He is freaking awesome! Even after 2 days we already are on the same train of thought and definitely understand each other already, He is from Herriman Utah, and he is a convert, and his conversion story is pretty nuts. I might tell y'all later.
Our District also has 4 Sisters, Sister Childers from Eagle, ID, Sister Smith from somewhere in northern Utah, Sister Eicher from Houston, and Sister Jackson from Idaho Falls. They are all awesome sisters and I love having them with us in class! And they are all going to MN! Total, in our zone, there are 19 going to our mission!!! Holy moly right?! There is one Sister from Perth Australia going to our mission!
Last night we met as a branch, which is also our zone. Our branch president is President Stice, and that guy is amazing! Seriously he is the bomb. He is making sure we are not average missionaries, but EXCEPTIONAL missionaries, and that is what I am and will be!
I have spotted 3 friends so far too! I saw Elder Ashby who is in the West Campus with me at dinner my first night! I didn't have my camera, but he got a picture. I have also seen Elder Stout like 3 times! He is doing awesome, and it is so nice to be able to have family here!
There is so much I want to say, but I don't really have enough time!
I will just leave you with this: I know that my Redeemer lives! I know that this is the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, and has been fully restored in these days! I am so grateful for the opportunity to be able to be a servant of our Father in Heaven.
With much love!
Your friendly neighborhood Elder Evans
