That is hello in Malagasi, the native language of
Madagascar! Haha so even though it isn't p day, we get to get on the day
before we dip. So I will just give a brief summary of the last couple
days and the next email will be from the frozen paradise!
So really not much has happened that I will tell all
my family, except for last night. Early this morning all the elders
going to OKC left, so we did priesthood blessings for the sisters in our
district as well as for the elders going to OKC. So it was a little bit
intense to give my first priesthood blessing, but it was an awesome
experience and I am so glad I got to do it. Then when we got back to our
residence to say goodbyes to the OKC elders, we gave them blessings as
well. Elder Watkins and Elder Bueno asked me to do theirs! So I ended up
giving 3 blessings in an hour. The Spirit was so strong in the room it
was unbelievable! It was one of the coolest experiences ever! Later
tonight we will give blessings to everyone else going to MN who needs
one. The sisters sometimes don't like to ask for blessings, but it is a
priesthood responsibility to do blessings, so I know that, at least for
me, that I am more than willing to give a blessing to whoever needs one.
I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve and I am so excited to get out to the field! It is white and ready to harvest!
I love this gospel and I love all of you!
